For changing the icon view:
Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar > Button > Normal and Hot
and maybe
Toolbars, Headers & Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar > Fillcolor

For the other two:
Explorer & Shell > Shell > Task Dialog > Secondary Pane
