Hello,
Is there any hack to put Control Panel in My Computer like the Recycle Bin? Thanks.

Why not just make a shortcut and drop it where you want it?

I added a right click menu item for cpl.

in the "computer" window, there is a button that clearly states: "open control panel".
what do you think it does? If you are unsure, you can go ahead and click it to see
where it takes you...

Haha, thanks for taking the time to reply, no thanks for being an a-hole about it. I've disabled that bar in Explorer, that's why I asked.

In XP and I think Vista, the easiest way to add items to a namespace such as MyComputer or Control Panel would be to use the app ShellObjectEditor. Do a search for that. It's very easy to use

Hello Ragzarok,

You can also use the Show All Folders Navigation Pane option to add the Control Panel and Recycle Bin back in the Navigation Pane.
