Windows 7: How can I permanently remove the "My Music" folder?

How can I permanently remove the "My Music" folder?

I don't use it, don't need it, and don't want it. My music is on a NAS drive.

Go to libraries, and delete the folder. It should be gone now.

It was gone for a little while, but it came back, both in Libraries and under my username.
