Speech Recognition

Hey all =)

First of all, I adquired my copy of Windows 7(English) and a valid key thru my University, after I successfully installed it I applied a Language Pack for Portuguese using Vistalizator.

My question is: Is there any way(and if there is, how) I can use Speech Recognition without changing the OS language back to English? I dont mind that the language it recognizes is english, as long as I can keep the Portuguese Language in the OS and have a working speech recognition.


Any help on the issue?
P.S. -> I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but this seemed like a OS Customization

Have you tried to set up your speech recognition and are you encountering problems? Setting speech options.

IMHO Microsofts speech recognition is so poor the operating system might very well not be able to distinguish which language is being spoken anyway, try it out on any basis you like - it sucks...

Problem is that when I go to the Speech Recognition on the Control Panel I get this:
(I typed the English Texts)

bump

After exploring a bit I found another menu, which led me to another dead-end..


If anyone knows how to make it work(preferably without making it English), I'd be very much appreciated =)
