    Aero Stripes


    Is there any way to change or remove the stripes overlay of Windows 7 Aero?
    Not the transparency, just the stripes effect.

    Try the steps here in this post form this tutorial, and you can read down a bit, or try the option for the transparency at the beginning of the tutorial.
    Note that changing themes will reset the value.
    Transparency - Enable Full Clear Glass Transparency
