| | How to change desktop wallpaper in windows 7 starter? Hello everyone, My friend has bought a MSI laptop with pre-installed windows7 starter. He wants to change different wallpapers in his desktop but this option is not available in starter version in Windows 7.There is other way to change desktop wallpaper? If possible, please let me know. Your suggestion and tips will be high appreciated. |

| | Upgrade it to Home Premium....that is the only way. Can use Anytime Upgrade for that. |

| | I hope you have found a solution to your friend problem if not you can try this: Option 1: Using Stardock MyColors to change Windows 7 Starter wallpaper. Alternative: Download: Starter Wallpaper Changer.zip 1. Browse to a wallpaper. 2. Apply it. 3. Log off and log back in. |

| | My domain policy prevents changing wallpaper but i am able to change it with Opera (Opera browser | Faster & safer internet | Free download). Open image in Opera, right click, Use Image on Desktop. Only problem is that after every reboot wallpaper is reverted but Opera have speed dial and number 12 is reserved for wallpaper |

| | Hi, go to My Computer>Programs files>Windows>Web>Wallpaper>Windows, there you shoul find a image named img0 that you should rename( just delete the letters) , put in this file the image you want to use as a wallpaper and renamename it img0. Restart |
