Whatever you do, but a 335MB size folder is not going to get much smaller. You can also go to Properties > Advanced of that folder and check "Compress contents to save disk space" > OK > Apply. But in any case, don't expect to attach this to a mail. If you want to send it, you have to first upload it and then sent the URL. You can use File Factory ( http://www.filefactory.com/).
