wallpaper problem

ok guys i have windows 7 ultimate N version and i try to put a wallpaper and i get this message: http://img691.imageshack.us/img691/8336/problemh.png

Go to that file it is showing, in Windows Explorer. Right click on it. Choose properties. Go to the security tab. Click edit. Then click add. Type your account's user name then hit ok. Check the box for full control. Hit ok 2 times.

Move the image into the Pictures file and then browse to it from Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Desktop Background
