Windows 7: Change/Eliminated Colored Glow in Taskbar

Hey Everybody,

This is my first post, so sorry if it's in the wrong location or anything.

I am using black icons in my taskbar, which results in a hover color of blue. I hate how this looks, is there anyway to change the color, or get rid of it all together?
