Windows 7 - How do I sort Start Menu items?

| | How do I sort Start Menu items? I would like to have all my Start Menu items (pinned and recently used) always be listed alphabetically. I know and use the setting for "All Programs" but what about the Start Menu itself? How can I set it so that it displays the items sorted? Thanks! |

| | If that's the case, then that's really awful!  So they allow us to sort the All Programs menu, but not the Start menu. Nice. Real nice. |
