    Edit Menubar in Windows 7

I wan to edit the Menubar of the Explorer in Windows 7.
I would like to add some function-buttons like:
    copy,cut,paste,delete, search die folder

In windows XP it is possible to edit the bar with right click menu.
So i also want to edit the Menubar (or Symbolbar) in W7.
    how is this possible ?

Try Classic Shell: ANN: Classic Shell - start menu and other features
It has up, cut, copy, paste and delete. The next version (coming in a few days) will also have a "properties" button.

I don't understand what "search die folder" is :)

Tried this and added Copy,Cut,Paste,Delete and it works.
Its a bit confusing, cause ist is dynamic and not a static Menu like in XP ....
