Is it Possible to Move the Start Menu Search Bar?

I would like to have search bar permanently moved to my task bar, is it possible? I have a program which allows me to use the search bar to search many sources quickly and easily. It would save me having to jump into a browser in order to conduct the search.

No I don't want the google search bar.

You may try Nero 7. It provides a search bar on the taskbar, named nero search. But on higher versions of Nero, the feature is not there.
