Ok You have me confused

Your spec shows you are using Build 7000 and you need to enable the superbar - the superbar only required to be enabled on the Pre beta copies (eg 6801). Running the Bluebadge tool on the 7000 build is not recommended as it may cause problems for stability

I believe that tutorial has been removed as it is no longer valid

oh k...my aero (transperent) effect goes away and it comes back time to time, so i tought enable superbar will fix this....but i gues not

If it is going away and coming back, then some program that you are running is most likely interfering with the WDDM processes - or else is set to run with visual themes disabled....

Or (unlikely but possible) your video card is going south...

You can use the My System Specs link underneath your user name to the left to view your specs -and since you haven't entered any, you can use the link under that to update your specs so we can know at a glance what your hardware is in case you have issues....
