My secondary rig is on a 17" CRT, unlike my primary which is on a 23" LCD. With the primary display, the Start Menu button extends slightly above the Taskbar, making all of the icons on it to be a bit smaller, but on the CRT, the Start Menu button fits within the taskbar, and all icons are the same size as it.
I would like to duplicate the appearance of the LCD display, but when I unlock the taskbar, and try to drag it lower, it won't move. Is this simply controlled by my display sizes and/or resolutions, or is there something else that I can do to get it the way that I want?
