Hey fellows when I capture screen through "PrintScreen" button on keyboard and paste the resulting image in Paint. Then it looks fine there, but when i save image in *jpg then its clarity decreases nearly 30-40%. This problem is also in XP & Vista. Can i avoid it .?

This is not a problem with the OSes, it's because you are saving as a jpeg. Try saving an image as a .png. The quality will be significantly better and there won't be pixelation. The only problem with it is the size will be bigger.
