Change the look of file list header in Explorer

Hi, I want to change the header at the top of the file list when in "Details" view. See the screenshot.

With every version of Windows it becomes more and more subtle, and finally in Windows 7 it is completely white, with no separation from the background. So I want to change it with something more visible.

I guess it is one of the resources in the "IMAGE" section of the msstyles file. Can somebody point me to the right image? Bonus points if you can tell me the image in the Vista file, so I can just steal it from there

Thanks
Ivo
