Remove from Context Menus

Thanks to the sevenforums.com tutorials and a forum thread, my context menus look much cleaner now. However, there are still many items that I would like to remove from the context menus, and I've not had luck locating information on how to do so thus far.

I'd like to remove all instances of (found when right-clicking..):
  • delete (just about everything)
  • rename (just about everything)
  • refresh (explorer window)
  • paste shortcut (explorer window)
  • undo - most recent action (explorer window)

  • print (files)
  • create shortcut (files, folders, library folders)
  • remove (favorite items)
  • restore default libraries (libraries window)
  • "send to" menu (library items) - I've removed "send to" from the item/folder menu, but it's still linked to the library
  • manage (computer)
  • map network drive (computer menu only - also found in network menu)
  • disconnect network drive (computer menu only - also found in network menu)
  • add a network location (computer menu only - also found in network menu)

  • open autoplay... (hard drives)
  • close tray (CD/DVD drives)
  • burn to disk (CD/DVD drives)
Could anyone tell me how I could remove any of these items or where I could find the information? Thanks in advance!
