uxtheme for Win 7 64bit italian version

Hi

There is a working version of uxtheme pather that work with my PC? I have start to use some version but not one work correctly. The latest that I have used is named "Universal Theme Patcher" UniversalThemePatcher_20090409, apparently it work but it change only the wallpapers and few options and not apply correctly the themes

I have use the auto installer for Windows 7 (your first link) but it don't work correctly, when I apply a theme it change only the wallpapers and sometime the music

Tomorrow I try your second link and I tell you if it work
