Folder Picture and Icon issues - Multiple pictures?
By default, Windows 7 displays an open folder with 2 pictures in it as an icon for any folder, the pictures being the icons of some random files inside. I like this look, but it never chooses the correct pictures. I can customize it to choose a specific image via the properties, but then it only displays the one image. Is there a way I can choose more than one image, maintaining the original look, but with pictures I want it to show?
Also, for whatever reason, whatever images I try to set are completely ignored when I make folders on an external HDD. There's probably no way around it, but it would be nice to know if there was.
In addition, this isn't really an issue, but sort of confusing...if I choose to change icon for a folder, but select the default icon from the list anyway - the pictures I choose don't show up at all. I have no idea why.
