Windows 7: Details pane customization

i want to change the color of the details pane that apear in the windows 7 explorer ( it is by default light blue )
i am not talking about the data or the information appers in it

also : if you installed windows vista beta you will find the the color of the details pane changes acording to the content of the folder you open
example : if you open a folder contains audio you will find the details pane become Red
if you open a folder contains video you will find the details pane become yellow
if you open a folder contains documents you will find the details pane become blue
does any one know how to do the 2 question
