Is skinning with disabled aero possible?

My graphic card is intel 915, which isn't support by aero. I would like to change the color of the superbar and window borders and titlebars. Is this possible?

Firstly, this is not the first forum I have registred at, so you can be assured that the first thing I did was to search for solution to my problem, however, the results I was expecting did not show up, that's why I started a new topic with a topic name search engine would find easier.

Secondly, none of the links posted above work and you don't need to bother answering (at least not to me, perhpas someone that finds this topic in search for the same problem I searched would probably appreciate it), because I already erased W7 partition, and I'm sticking with good ol' XP's which works like a charm without all the lipgloss and eyeliners, thankyouvermuch.

Over and out, and thank you for your effort.
