Change Edit program in context menu?

When I double click a .BMP file it opens in the program I want. When I right click on it and select Edit it opens in mspaint. How can I change the Edit from MSPaint to something else? In Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Associations I can only change how it Opens, not how its edited.

Have you tried "Open With" and select what you want from there.

I know I can add stuff to my Open With, the parent Edit this is one step easier.
