How to stop popups on tasks running on taskbar

    Hi

How do I stop those stupid mouse-over previews from popping up when I do a mouse-over on the taks bar?

    cheers

Thanks - his "Option Two" worked quite nicely.

But again - what is all this cr*p - Why are we having to download things?
    A) We have to be VERY careful what we download.
    B) If we need to change our settings back we have to go and find the reversing download...
    C) If we move to a new PC then we'll have to find and download all this stuff all over again. And it may hard to re-find.

Do any of you guys work for Microsoft? Are Microsoft listening?
Why the heck isnt this stuff on a nice obvious setting in the user-interface?

It was a nice idea all that preview stuff - but as I'm sure your usability studies will prove - it doesnt add any productivity in practise. The problem is that one's brain is looking for a keyword (or two) rather than looking for a blurred picture of the whole screen... No, sorry Microsoft - nice try but NOT a success. And given that, it should be dead obvious for us users to switch it off (WITHOUT changing anything else!)

Meanwhile thanks so much for the help people...
