Windows 7: where is "up" and "search" standard button

where is "up" and "search" standard button

There is no "up" standard button in windows 7 at the top. How can i activate it?
Also there is no search button on top. I dont like the one that comes after clicking start. How can I activate it too.

The 'up' had gone in Vista and Seven. Instead you do what it shows in the picture:[IMG]file:///C:/Users/Lil%27%20Domii/Desktop/Capture%20delete%20afterwards.PNG[/IMG]
where is "up" and "search" standard button-capture-delete-afterwards.png
Just click on the box next to the folder you are in, that takes you there.
You can also click on the higher up root folders as well, instead of in XP you press the 'Up' button loads of times
