Desktop Background Problem

My system: Windows 7 Home Premium x64, NVIDIA GTX 275 Graphics card, 4 GB RAM.

Problem: My desktop backround won't change and the image looks corrupted.

I've tryed restarting my computer about a dozen times and that doesn't fix it. And Aero is running perfectly (Flip 3D Aero Glass)

Ask if you need more info.

Thanks in advance.

Can you roll back your system before this started happening? (restore point).
Seems like something you have installed has corrupted the system!!

Tried rolling back to a date before the problem started and that didn't work...

I better start backing up...
