Windows 7 - Desktop Background Problem

| | Desktop Background Problem My system: Windows 7 Home Premium x64, NVIDIA GTX 275 Graphics card, 4 GB RAM. Problem: My desktop backround won't change and the image looks corrupted. I've tryed restarting my computer about a dozen times and that doesn't fix it. And Aero is running perfectly (Flip 3D Aero Glass) Ask if you need more info. Thanks in advance. |

| | Can you roll back your system before this started happening? (restore point). Seems like something you have installed has corrupted the system!! |
