Problems with Aero

Hi everybody!
I've upgrade my Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Ultimate - everything is ok, but I have some problems with Aero working: only when I open or close windows I see that windows a little bit "jumping" or "twitch" - it's really annoying.
But when i minimize and maximize same windows everything is ok...
I've installed the freshest nvidia drivers for my 9600gt (now my driver version is, but that didn't solve this problem.
P.S. on Vista everything was ok - all window opened and closed smoothly.

Did anybody has the same problem? How did you solve it?
And excuses for my english)

Go here, and check your Visual Settings:

Start Menu Type "Windows Experience Index" in the search and click the item who shows up as "Check Windows Experience Index" Then, in the left side of the window you should see a pane where there's an option named "Adjust Visual Effects, click that.

Now adjust your visual effects as you want. This might solve your problem

Thank you man!
I've unmark "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing". Now I have no animation when open/close/min/max windows, may be it isn't not so cool, but it's better now, than it was before - now my nervous are ok

Thanks anyway for solving my problem even in such way
