Windows 7 - pinned icons to taskbar keep changing to unknown icon

pinned icons to taskbar keep changing to unknown icon

I searched this and ended up deleting and rebuilding the icon cache per another thread, but it did not work. I attached a screenshot. The icons missing are google chrome, opera, and CPUIDhmonitor.

thanks it worked, I guess I did something wrong trying to use the batch file to do the same thing.
