Desktop Icon words are Transparent

Hi all,

I realized after turning my computer on from hibernation that the wording underneath my desktop icons has become transparent. When this occurred i had right clicked a .WMV file and set as background. Can anyone tell me how to change this? I followed the instructions at the following site to enable dreamscenes as i was having trouble. Information on whether or not this was the correct way would be helpful as well.
