Windows 7 - No Personalization?

| | No Personalization? I've been trying to change the desktop background on my new mini HP notebook, running Windows 7, and the background won't change. It won't change when I right click an image and click on, "Change desktop background." I can't find the options in my control panel, either. Is it my computer or am I missing something? Thanks. |
