How do i Remove this?

Hey guys, was just wondering, if there's a way to remove the organize bar under the file menu, also see attachment.

I don't it just sorta... sits there.. pointless for the way i use my PC.

Re: the Organize bar - I think it totally depends on your habits. I spend 75% of my time in web browsers and the rest in games and other programs. But some people, especially the media archivists, the organizers, the filemakers, the *ahem* graphic designers etc.. spend a great deal of time in Explorer sifting thru a variety of content. Switching views on the fly, emailing/printing with one click, it can increase efficiency... if you need it to
