My taskbar is stuck on classic.

So I just installed Windows 7 last night, and as I logged on, my taskbar looked like Windows Classic Taskbar with windows 7 abilities. I can't change it for some reason, each theme I try is Windows Classic. Aero theme doesn't work, but aero peek does.

Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Can I have your System Specs...more specifially what Graphics Card you have?

It is one of these three issues:
    1. You need the correct driver for your Graphics Card
    2. Your Graphics Card is not good enough
    3. Some other issue

    Looking forward to your response

    I have a Mobile Intel(R) 45 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corportation - WDDM1.1)
I'm checking for drivers right now.

Just did some research and you indeed can run AERO

If you haven't found the drivers already than here they are:

    No problem...

some further details...make you to run the driver as an administrator first. When it gets done installing, make sure to reboot. When you get back to the desktop, right click->personalize->choose an AERO theme

Transparency should kick on. Have fun with AERO!

...if not report back and we will see what we can do

Nothing's changed, Classic is still my only option.

If you want, I have a screenshot of the taskbar.

Could you take a screenshot of Device Manager for me? (Have it focused on the Display Adapters part)
