Your using the Windows 7 Basic theme with Aero Disabled. Try to enable aero

For us best to be able to help you, it would help a lot if you filled in your system specs, so we can see if your PC are able to run Aero

actually i dunno all about mah pc but if u try to connect with any remote pc control like teamviewer?

r u mad..i hav 128 KBPS and Teamviewer run very fast..u hav 4X speed dan me :O
