"Scroll to here" function?

So, on Mac OS, in any window that's open, if you left-click anywhere in the scroll area of that window, the window's content "snaps" immediately to that location. Similarly, in Linux if you press the scroll wheel's button, the same effect takes place. Handy function to say the least.

In Firefox, you can press the "home" button to scroll immediately to the top of the page however, I'd rather have this function via mouse control.

Anyone know how I can obtain this "snap to here" kind of function in Win 7?

EDIT:

Nevermind. I just assigned the "Home" button as a keyboard shortcut on my mouse's scrollwheel button. works fine!
