Taskbar "Aways Combine" & "Combine when full" shortcut?

I would like to create a shortcut/button that toggles between

the "Always combine, hide labels"
and "Combine when taskbar is full"

taskbar settings. Anyone know some magic that'll make that happen?

Or anyone know how to programatically change this setting via a call to a Windows API function? If it's possible, I could write a small software program to change the setting, and then point the shortcut to that program.
