Windows 7: Auto-arrange - solved?

Hello Stereo,

Strange, if the tutorial is followed exactly step by step, you should be able to arrange the folders like that unless these folders are in a library.

Ok, i'll give it another try.
So, you mean, i can drag and drop the folder inside the partition ?

I mean, in Tiles position.

You will only be able to arrange the files/folders how you like in a opened folder in Windows Explorer.

Yes, you can drag and drop files to another partition, but you would have to arrange them there afterwards.

Sorry Brink, but i'm affraid i didn't understand.
Let's say i have only 5 folders in the D partition, right ?
A/B/C/D/E
I wanna keep the Tiles option for the folders, ok ?
So, you mean i can drag and drop those 5 folders there,inside the D partition,in order i want ?! Like.... E/ C /B / D / A ?

Once you drop the folders in the D: partition, you will then be able to arrange them how you like.

Right. I thought i can arrange all the folders inside the partitions.
But unfortunately i couldn't arrange them the way i want, except the subfolders.
I hope they'll fix that with the next SP.
