Include sub-folders when adding desktop backgrounds
When I add a folder full of background images under the "picture location" of personalization of desktop backgrounds. Why are the sub folders not included?

Hi BionicGear83,
That's just the way Windows 7 does it I'm afraid :/ however, here is a great tutorial for how to create a customized backgrounds library, browseable in the same Personalization window, that may end up being even more useful than what you had originally intended: Neowin.net - How to: Create custom wallpaper collections in Windows 7
I'm sorry it's not exactly what you wanted, but please let me know if it helps at all...
Cheers,

I looked at the link and find it quite confusing, I can't find the "known folders" in the registry.
Furthermore, win7 just adds the folders i had used for testing and doesn't allow me to remove the folders stored under [picture location] of choose desktop background. Isn't win7 kind of user-unfriendly?
It's, sadly, not possible to make the sub folders include with the main folder.
It might be via some regedit, but i doubt it.
