Remove items from the right click menu? How?

Hi Guys, my right click menu has grown itself too big

Here it is when i right click a folder:



How can i remove items from it? Any ideas? It fills my whole screen atm lol

With help from Generator/Sean i managed to get the 4 winrar options into one
Now its better, but still not as i want it
Anyone got any idea how to remove some of the other ones?
These are the ones i want to remove:
Browse with corel......
Add to Media Player
Play with media player
TuneUp Disk Space Explorer
TuneUp Shredder

Did you go to this screen, select what you wanted and click delete?

Yep choose some of those, and nothing happened
