    Personalize menu missing


    Hello all,
    can you help me?
    personalize menu is missing and I can't even change the wallpaper
    windows seven starter 32bit

    Hello,

    Starter does not have the Personalize menu. It is intended as a cheap, lightweight OS to stick on netbooks.

    There are ways to change the background though. See these tutorials:
