adjust padding/spacing in taskbar/superbar

I've been trying to figure out how to adjust the spacing in the taskbar. I want to get rid of the little bit of icon showing when I add folders to the toolbar. They're all pushed together as far as I can get the, but still a little bit show once locked back. Unlocked it looks perfect, but I shouldn't nor do I want to leave it unlocked all the time. Any registry mod or tips would be great. I've attached pic and outlined what I'm talking about.

I don't know how to make the spacing even smaller, but here is how to remove the text:

Right lick on taskbar in area of that toolbar > Uncheck option "Show Titles" or "Show Text"

I've toggled that on/off to see the difference...it doesn't matter.

BTW, If you don't mind, switch to a non aero version. In that version there's no bleed.

You still get all of the new functions if you want them, minus preview i think.

tried the regedit...didn't work with the folders add to the taskbar

I guess maybe a different theme could fix that issue...that and make the taskbar look cooler

Spacing between taskbar items and also system tray spacing
I'm using small icons and never combine and also 7 taskbar tweaker not to group tasks. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the space between tasks, like between one folder and another. Which is technically what grouping does I guess. But I still wanted to move individual things around...

How to avoid (too much horizontal) padding around icons in TaskBar?
In my taskbar I have meanwhile approx 30 pinned programs and their icon representation. I need two lines of the TaskBar. This would not be necessary if the padding around the (big) icons would be much smaller. No, I don't want to have smaller icons but just to shrink the padding around it...

Taskbar icon spacing
Under Vista I had 6 or so icons in the Taskbar at the lower left. The icons were nestled together in a tight bunch--out of the way. However, under W7 and using small icons in the Taskbar, the OS seems to be placing open space borders on each side of each icon resulting in a relatively huge...

Hi all! Is it possible somehow to modify the vertical spacing of the icons in the notification area (systray) ? I set my taskbar height bigger than the default, so my icons are placed into more rows: http://www.sevenforums.com/picture.php?pictureid=1274&albumid=198&dl=1253871737&thumb=1 ...
