Multiple open windows on the desktop

Somewhere I found the setting that allows you to select a window by mouse-over, instead of having to click within the window to select it. And now I want to change this setting back to clicking on the window to select it. But I don't remember where this setting is located.

I've checked these help topics, but can't find the right dialog box that contains the option to change this setting:
    Working with windows
    Switching between windows
    Using your mouse
    Folder views

So if you guys know how to change that particular setting, I would appreciate the info.

    Thanks,
    Pi

    Right Click The Desktop
    Personalize
    Ease of Access (Bottom-Left)
Make The Mouse Easier to Use
Uncheck Activate a Window by Hovering...

Thanks nsgm, 5 clicks and done. I can't help thinking with the redundancy built into windows, why isn't that option also located in several more locations? Anyway, thanks again.

btw, how did you know where to find this setting, did you look it up or had it memorized?

I found this page via a Google search of "select window with mouseover".
