Help changing a specific folder icon

I searched this forum but cant find an answer to this. I want to change this specific folder that i have to a pic of my choice. You see, i have in "My Videos", a sub folder called Shows, and in that i have Futurama, Scrubs, etc. Within those i have the video files. So i want to change the Futurama and Scrubs folder only.

Searches here only show how to change things like "My computer" or all folders rather than specific ones.

right click on the main folder > open folder location > right click on folder you want to change icon on > right click properties > the “customize” tab should be available > then choose change icon

can i ask, is it possible to also change the background of the windows once i am within that specific folder. Windows default is white, so can i change that to a picture of my choosing?
