I found the Wallpapers, in C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT and C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.
You must enter MCT manually as Microsoft hides these files, you can't see them even with viewing hidden files enabled. Probably, because the monopoly laws, as these are the country specific themes.
