Thanks, but it isn't helpful enough, I would like to remove the date from system tray at all.

The only thing I can think of is to use small icons on the taskbar.

One way is is right click on the taskbar, select Properties and on the Taskbar tab select "Use small icons".

Okay, thanks... Actually, it is not that I want. When I used my previous version of Windows 7, Windows Eternity I think, so there was system tray time without date and clock was bigger than in my current Windows. Maybe Win Eternity is a kind of repack.

It's probably a cracked and illegal version of Windows. Your best bet is to download a use a custom theme. You'll need to install some software and swap some files to do so but you should be able to find a theme that does what you want.

Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes
Using Univeral Theme Patcher

You can find themes at a multitude of places, but my favorite is Deviant Art.

Note: If your theme requires changing explorer.exe, explorerframe or other system files you'll also need this program:

Using Windows Theme Installer

First swap out the files via the tutorial above (after disabling UAC) then close explorer.exe via task manager, open this program and install the theme along with it's system files. You'll need to restart, but once you do your theme will be installed.

Apparently version 1.1 of the above Windows Theme Installer does the work of the Universal Theme Patcher mentioned in the tutorial. However, I'd still recommend using both programs because the UTP allows you to revert those files separately.
