| | It can be if you are using default screen settings. You can go into the windows metrics and adjust things if you want them tighter. |

| | 4If you tried to move it down and it keeps going like that then it is normal for your screen. Mine is a little closer then your. Also check to see if you have icons on align to grid. That is what mine says. I just checked. Sorry I could not be more help to you. Jimmy |
