It is not even close to a bar I have in my Vista. Any other thoughts on this??
My toolbar has simple shortcuts to all of drives connected to my PC. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE SHOT PRIOR TO SUGGESTING SOMETHING TO ME. The bar is very simple and much simplier to any bars offered above.
    THANK YOU
Did you bother to try any of the other programs? Fences would probably be about as close as you are going to get to this once you create and add your drive shortcuts, and resize it.

How do I create this bar in Windows 7??
As I see in your screenshot you use this toolbar only for drives. So: If you only want to show a drive list use HDD Monitor Gadget. This desktop gadget shows you a list of all drives, used and free disk space and you have direct access to the drives.

    Welcome aboard.

Windows 7 doesn't have the ability of making a toolbar (like you have there in your screenshot) out of a folder, with dragging and dropping it to the side of the screen like XP and Vista do. They took it out. Have a look thru the tutorial section, you might find different options that will work out for you.
Thanx for your help. Did a search for "Toolbar" in that section of a forum, but I don't see anything. Can you suggest anything?? But you do understand what I want, right?? Thank You
Here is one I put into the tut section: Toolbars - How to Use in Windows 7 and Vista

Update: Just saw that Derek already linked that.
