Can someone make a start orb..

Im a big android fan, and the best android orb i could find on the internet is this one

Android Orb by ~Fownie on deviantART

Its really good, but i dont like how its being squished. The original android icon is a little taller. So can i ask you guys to make one for me, but only include the top half of the body and keep the proper aspect ratio. Here is the icon.

edit: if anyone can also make the orb with this (just top half), that would be awesome!

I think the orb is supposed to be .bmp format. I converted it to bmp but it came out very wrong.

But could u please only use the top half of the body, so it looks as though the android is peeking from under the screen like this

This is close, but again it comes out wrong because the format is wrong

Could u make it so that when i hover over the icon, or click it it glows?

Thanks a lot guys, sorry if i sound demanding lol

edit: im using the small taskbar with small icons btw, that might be important to note.
