1. Go to All Programs > Accessories > Ease of access > right click on OnScreen keyboard > SendTo Desktop. That gives you a shortcut on the desktop.
2. Start > type shell:startup > hit Enter. Now drag the shortcut from 1. into the startup folder. Close the folder.
Theoretically the OnScreen keyboard should be started when you load Windows 7. Have not tried it yet with the keyboard, but with many other applications that always worked.
PS: just tried it out. It works.
