Windows 7: help me do a thing with my windows?

Reserve screen space and prevent windows overlapping?

Hi all. Okay.

Here is a screen of my desktop.

See that winamp toolbar thing at the top there? Well, it's not a toolbar so much as it is a really thin window. My intention is to have it there permanently. Now I know I can set it to always on top from within winamp, but then, were I to aero-snap a window into full or half screen (or even maximize a window), I would lose access to the title bar of that window because there would be a winamp on top of it.

Basically, I don't want windows intersecting with it and I want aero snap to snap around it. I'm a noob so I don't know where to start.

Please help? and thank you in advance.

Hmm, i think that would require some kind of 3rd party software, if it is even possible...

Thanks whs, but it looks like these are all to simply keep a window always on to. Like I said, I can already do that, but I also want to stop other windows from intersecting one another.
