Accidental winsock reset removed custom startup image

So I was messing around in msconfig or in dos, and accidentally reset my winsock entries and my custom DefaultBackground image I placed in the Windows/System32/oobe/info/backgrounds folder was not my login screen image anymore, it reverted back to the default blue background.. I went into that folder I just mentioned and my custom image is still there, but when I reboot my computer it shows the stock windows screen.. Is there anyway to reverse this or somehow get it to re-recognize my custom image..?? Thanks..
