    Renaming composition to Unsaved.

    Hello,

    Sorry for my bad english.

I have a problem with my Windows 7 HP x64. Every time I select theme for exemple: Windows 7 Default theme, and click ok, it isnt staying selected, but Windows is automaticly creating that same composition but its calling it Unsaved composition. I fixed it before but deleting my profile, and creating it again, but now problem is back. Can you help me somehow with that problem, please? Im posting screenshot, for better view on my problem:

Er ... yeah .... that's what it's supposed to do! What's the problem? You don't say that it's not loading the theme you select which would be a problem.

it supposed to be like that. any theme that you selected will be viewed as unsaved theme if you change your wallpaper, etc. right click on the unsaved theme, save it and rename it to whatever you like. If you want your theme back, just click the theme that you have save just now :)

Yes. That's what it does and it isn't a problem!

It's exactly the same as if you loaded a file into a word processor for example. The program creates a copy of the document which you can read, edit and save totally independent of the original file. (The only difference is that turning off the word processor loses the information which obviously would not be desirable for the Windows interface!)

So when you select a theme Windows creates an internal copy of it which is called Unsaved Theme. That's what is read by the various components affected, not the actual theme file. The reason for this is simply to allow you to modify the theme if you so wish without affecting the original. That you're not actually changing anything is irrelevant.

You can't delete it anymore than you can delete a system file cos Windows can't work without it. It is not creating a duplicate file every time you go through the procedure you inidcated. It's just doing its job.
